These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of goods sold directly by MzDeal (hereinafter “MzDeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply only to items that are expressly listed as Sold by MzDeal on the platform.
MzDeal acts as both:
A marketplace platform for independent sellers, and
A direct retailer for selected products.
These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to MzDeal-owned products and not to items sold by third-party sellers.
By placing an order for MzDeal-owned goods, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
Products sold directly by MzDeal are clearly identified with labels such as:

MzDeal Store
MzDeal Official
MzDeal is responsible for:
Product sourcing
Packaging and delivery
Refunds and returns (as defined in the Refund Policy)
Quality assurance
Products sold by third-party users are governed by separate marketplace rules.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. MzDeal may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
Product out of stock
Payment failure
Suspected fraud or abnormal activity
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
If your order is not accepted, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.
All product prices are displayed in Mozambican Metical (MZN) unless otherwise specified.
MzDeal may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Applicable VAT or sales taxes may be included or added at checkout based on Mozambican regulations.
If a product is incorrectly priced:
MzDeal may cancel the order
You will be notified
A refund will be issued if payment has already been made
MzDeal accepts multiple payment methods, including:
Debit/credit cards
Mobile money
MzDeal Wallet balance
Other supported gateways
Payment must be completed before the order is confirmed.
MzDeal may conduct security checks to prevent:
Stolen cards
Unauthorized transactions
Suspicious activity
Orders may be paused or canceled if fraud is suspected.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on:
Location
Courier availability
Stock location
MzDeal is responsible for:
Preparing the package
Handing the item to the courier
Tracking major delivery issues
Delivery may fail if:
The address provided is incorrect
The recipient is unavailable
The buyer refuses delivery
MzDeal may charge additional fees for re-delivery.
Buyers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
You must report issues within 7 days, including:
Damaged products
Wrong items
Missing parts
Not as described
Failure to report within the timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund.
Refunds for goods sold by MzDeal are governed by the MzDeal Refund Policy.
You may request a refund or replacement if:
The item is defective
The item does not match the description
You received the wrong item
The item did not arrive
Refunds will not be granted if:
The item was damaged due to misuse
The product was altered or tampered with
The request was made after the allowed timeframe
MzDeal may cover or require the buyer to cover return shipping depending on the case.
Certain products may come with a manufacturer or MzDeal warranty.
Warranties do not cover:
Accidental damage
Water damage (unless rated for it)
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or unauthorized repairs

MzDeal is not responsible for:
Losses caused by delays beyond our control
Issues caused by user-provided incorrect information
Damages from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Our liability for MzDeal-owned products is limited to the purchase price.
MzDeal is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Strikes
War or conflict
System outages
Transport disruptions
Users are prohibited from:
Abusing refund or return systems
Filing fraudulent claims
Reselling MzDeal products without permission
Harassing delivery personnel or staff
MzDeal may suspend or ban accounts engaging in abuse.
Any agreement made outside the platform (WhatsApp, cash, direct transfer, etc.) is not protected.
MzDeal will not:
Provide refunds for off-platform transactions
Assist in fraud recovery
Provide seller information
Only transactions completed inside the platform are covered by these Terms of Sale.
MzDeal may update these Terms of Sale at any time. Continued purchases imply acceptance of the updated terms.
