These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MzDeal platform, including our website, mobile apps, digital wallet, subscription services, and all related features.
MzDeal is legally owned and operated in Mozambique by MzDeal LDA, a registered Mozambican company.
By accessing or using MzDeal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. MzDeal LDA may modify these Terms periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
“MzDeal” refers to the digital platform owned and operated by MzDeal LDA, including all associated domains, applications, and services.
“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using MzDeal, whether as a buyer, seller, or subscriber.
“Platform” means the MzDeal website, mobile apps, systems, payment channels, and digital tools.
“Goods” refers to physical or digital products made available for purchase on the platform.
“MzDeal-Sold Goods” refers solely to goods sold directly by MzDeal LDA (not by third-party users).
“User-Listed Goods” refers to items posted independently by users on the platform.
“Services” include subscriptions, promotional tools, wallet services, verification systems, and all non-physical platform features.
To use MzDeal, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Not use the platform for illegal activities
Agree to these Terms and all future updates
MzDeal LDA reserves the right to refuse access or terminate accounts for violations.
Users must:
Use the platform lawfully
Respect other users
Avoid scams, harassment, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior
Not post illegal, dangerous, prohibited, or restricted items
MzDeal LDA may remove or suspend posts or accounts that violate these rules.
MzDeal operates a hybrid marketplace consisting of:
These goods are sold directly by MzDeal LDA.
Only MzDeal LDA is authorized to sell official goods.
These goods are eligible for buyer protection and refund under Section 12.
MzDeal LDA manages payment processing, shipping, and delivery.
Users may post ads to sell their personal items.
MzDeal LDA is not a party to transactions between users.
Ownership, authenticity, and quality are not verified by MzDeal LDA.
Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk.
All purchases and sales must be completed within the official MzDeal systems (wallet, secure payments, chat, delivery tracking, etc.).
If a user chooses to transact outside MzDeal:
MzDeal LDA bears no responsibility
No dispute support will be provided
No refunds will be issued
MzDeal will not provide user data, IPs, locations, or private information
Users assume full risk
Users agree to:
Provide truthful details in listings
Use valid payment methods
Not avoid or bypass platform fees
Not push others to transact outside the platform
Report fraud or suspicious activity
Users may not:
Post illegal or restricted goods
Publish misleading or duplicate ads
Collect personal data from others
Circumvent MzDeal payment systems
Create multiple accounts to manipulate visibility
Attempt fraud or scams
MzDeal provides an internal wallet system managed by MzDeal LDA.
All top-ups are final
Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable
Wallet balance may be used for:
Subscriptions
Promotional tools
Payments for MzDeal-sold goods
Approved platform services
Funds earned through the sale of goods may be eligible for withdrawal upon approval by MzDeal LDA.
MzDeal provides premium tools, visibility boosters, verification services, and subscriptions.
No refunds apply to:
Premium subscriptions
Featured ads
Highlighted posts
Visibility boosts
Renewed ads
Verification tools
Wallet top-ups
Users are responsible for selecting the correct plan or service.
Users must comply with:
Category rules
Accurate descriptions and real images
No copyright-violating or stolen content
No prohibited items
MzDeal LDA may remove or disable non-compliant listings.
Users agree that:
MzDeal LDA is not responsible for external payment provider failures
Chargebacks or fraud may result in account suspension
Refunds are available only for items sold directly by MzDeal LDA if:
Item is not received
Item arrives damaged
Wrong item is delivered
Item does not match the official MzDeal description
Refunds do not apply to:
User-listed goods
External transactions
Subscriptions or promotions
Wallet top-ups
Refunds must be requested via the official MzDeal Support System and include valid evidence.
If a user chooses to transact outside the platform:
MzDeal LDA has zero liability
No data will be shared
No refund or protection applies
Users carry full responsibility
MzDeal LDA protects user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
MzDeal LDA will not release private user information unless legally required by Mozambican authorities.
All platform content, logos, branding, images, and systems are owned by MzDeal LDA.
Users may not copy, modify, or reuse MzDeal assets without permission.
MzDeal LDA may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
Violating these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Abuse or harassment
Posting illegal or harmful content
Conducting external transactions for platform-listed goods
MzDeal LDA is not responsible for:
Losses from user-to-user transactions
External deals
Misrepresentation by users
Damaged/lost user-listed items
External payment service failures
Lost profits or consequential damages
MzDeal LDA’s liability for MzDeal-sold goods is limited to the amount paid by the buyer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique, and any disputes shall fall under Mozambican jurisdiction.
