This User & Seller Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the MzDeal platform, including all services, features, tools, listings, purchases, and seller operations. By creating an account, browsing, buying, selling, posting, or using any MzDeal service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This Agreement applies to:
Buyers/Users – individuals who browse, interact with, or purchase items on MzDeal.
Sellers/Businesses – individuals or entities who create listings, post items, or conduct commercial activity on MzDeal.
By using MzDeal, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old.
Agree to comply with this Agreement and all platform policies.
Understand that MzDeal may update these terms at any time.
Accept that continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Platform – The MzDeal app, website, and related digital services.
User – Any individual using MzDeal to browse or purchase items.
Seller – Any user posting or selling items on the platform.
Goods – Products listed or sold on MzDeal.
MzDeal Goods – Items sold directly by MzDeal.
Third‑Party Goods – Items listed by independent sellers.
Service – Subscriptions, ads, boosts, balance credit, or promotional tools offered by MzDeal.
MzDeal operates as a classifieds and marketplace platform.
MzDeal is not responsible for:
Off‑platform transactions.
Failure by sellers to deliver items.
Quality or legality of third‑party goods.
Disputes between users and sellers.
Losses arising from fraud if transactions occur outside MzDeal.
MzDeal provides tools for posting, promoting, and transacting but does not guarantee:
Seller behavior.
Product authenticity.
Delivery quality.
Buyer payments.
If users choose to make deals outside the platform, MzDeal assumes zero liability and will not provide private information, support, or investigation assistance.
Users and Sellers must:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain only one personal account unless approved.
Not impersonate others.
Not use fake names, fake IDs, or fraudulent business details.
Keep login credentials confidential.
MzDeal may request identity verification, including:
Full name
Government ID
Phone verification
Business registration
KYC/AML checks
Failure to comply may result in account restriction or removal.
Items legally allowed in Mozambique and compliant with MzDeal guidelines.
Illegal or stolen goods
Weapons or ammunition
Drugs or controlled substances
Fake, counterfeit, or replica items
Adult content or explicit materials
Hazardous materials
Items violating copyright or trademark
MzDeal may remove listings at any time.
Users must:
Read item descriptions carefully.
Communicate respectfully.
Use official payment methods where available.
Report suspicious activity immediately.
Never pay outside the platform for protected purchases.
Users acknowledge that MzDeal does not:
Guarantee product authenticity.
Guarantee seller performance.
Investigate or act on off‑platform fraud.
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate descriptions and real photos.
Deliver products as advertised.
Respect pricing and availability listed.
Comply with Mozambique commercial and tax laws.
Handle disputes professionally.
Not pressure users to pay outside the app.
Violations may result in:
Listing removal
Account suspension
Refund deductions
Permanent ban
Payments must be completed through MzDeal’s approved methods.
Sellers cannot request direct payment (e.g., cash, M‑Pesa direct) unless allowed.
Earnings accumulate in the MzDeal Wallet.
Withdrawals may require identity verification.
Fraud investigations may delay payout.
Users and sellers agree to pay:
Subscription fees
Promotion/boost fees
Listing fees (if applicable)
Transaction fees
MzDeal may update fees with prior notice.
No refunds are given for:
Subscriptions
Boost packages
Highlight packages
Credit top‑ups
Advertising purchases
These services are considered consumed the moment they are activated.
Refunds apply when:
Customer does not receive the item.
Item is not as described.
Item is defective.
Refunds are handled between buyer and seller unless:
Seller violates platform rules
Fraud is detected
Seller fails to deliver
MzDeal may intervene at its discretion.
Sellers must:
Deliver items on time.
Use safe packaging.
Provide tracking when possible.
Buyers must:
Confirm receipt honestly.
MzDeal may hold payments in case of:
Fraud suspicion
High dispute rate
Incomplete deliveries
Users may review sellers honestly.
Sellers may not manipulate reviews.
MzDeal may remove abusive or false reviews.
MzDeal strongly prohibits:
Sharing personal phone numbers outside the platform’s messaging (if available).
Taking payments directly.
Finalizing deals privately.
If you choose to transact outside the app:
You fully accept the risk
MzDeal provides zero protection
MzDeal will not help with identity, contacts, or private user data in case of fraud
Users and Sellers agree not to:
Copy protected images or designs
Sell counterfeit products
Violate copyright or branding rights
MzDeal may remove infringing content immediately.
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:
Violate any of these terms
Commit fraud or suspicious activity
Sell prohibited items
Receive excessive complaints
Refuse verification
MzDeal may withhold funds during investigations.
MzDeal is not liable for:
Damages caused by sellers
Loss of profits
Delayed deliveries
Fraud committed by users or sellers
Errors in listings
Off‑platform activity
Use of MzDeal is at your own risk.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique, including:

Electronic Commerce Regulations
Digital Payments Law
Civil and Commercial Code
