Posting unrelated or spam content.
Such content may result in immediate ban.
Review listings carefully before purchasing.
Report suspicious sellers or scams.
Never agree to unusual payment methods.
Deliver items as described.
Be transparent about defects or conditions.
Respond to buyer inquiries professionally.
MzDeal encourages safe, respectful, and transparent transactions.
MzDeal prohibits:
Asking users to finalize deals outside the platform.
Sharing phone numbers, bank details, or private contacts to bypass the system.
Offering lower prices outside the platform.
Accepting direct cash or mobile money transfers for in‑app listed items (unless explicitly allowed).
If you choose to transact outside MzDeal, you assume all risks, and MzDeal provides no protection or support for fraud cases.
Users must NOT:
Share someone else’s private information publicly.
Request unnecessary personal details.
Post screenshots revealing another user's personal data.
MzDeal will remove any content that violates privacy.
Users may NOT:
Upload copyrighted images without permission.
Sell counterfeit or trademark‑violating items.
Impersonate brands or official representatives.
MzDeal will remove infringing listings and may ban repeat offenders.
Prohibited actions include:
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.
Posting fake reviews.
Using stolen credit cards or payment methods.
Falsifying delivery confirmations.
Pretending to be another user.
Fraud may result in:
Permanent account ban
Fund withholding
Legal reporting if required
Within chats or comments, users may not:
Send offensive or inappropriate content.
Request sexual favors or explicit material.
Promote pyramid schemes or investment scams.
Advertise unrelated services.
MzDeal may restrict messaging rights for misuse.
Users must ensure all posts:
Are placed in the correct category.
Contain accurate titles and descriptions.
