These Buyer Protection Guidelines provide clarity on how MzDeal ensures a secure buying experience for users purchasing products or services directly through the platform.
MzDeal provides buyer protection only for:
Items sold directly by MzDeal (not third-party sellers)
Transactions made using MzDeal’s official payment system
MzDeal does not guarantee or protect transactions conducted outside the app or with individual sellers.
Buyers are eligible for protection if:
The purchase was completed through MzDeal’s payment gateway
The buyer used a verified account
The item purchased is sold by MzDeal
Dispute is raised within 14 days of order delivery or expected delivery date
Buyer protection applies in the following scenarios:
Buyer did not receive the item after confirmation of shipment
MzDeal will investigate and may issue a refund or replacement
Item significantly differs from the description, photos, or specifications
Buyer must provide photos, videos, or other proof
MzDeal may offer refund, replacement, or partial compensation
Items received broken, malfunctioning, or defective
Buyer must report within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence
Refunds are issued only when MzDeal confirms the claim. Eligible refunds may include:
Full refund
Partial refund (in certain cases)
Replacement item
Note: Refunds are not issued for user error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with service outside MzDeal’s sold goods.

Select the relevant order
Click Report an Issue / Open a Dispute
Provide evidence (photos, videos, screenshots, messages)
Submit and await MzDeal review
Claims are typically reviewed within 3–7 business days.
To process a claim efficiently, buyers should provide:
Photos or videos of the received product
Screenshots of communication with MzDeal or delivery service
Proof of payment (if requested)
Item packaging evidence
Incomplete submissions may delay resolution.
MzDeal will review buyer claims according to the Dispute Resolution Policy:
Investigate evidence
Request additional information if necessary
Decide on a resolution (refund, replacement, or rejection)
The decision of MzDeal in these disputes is final.
Buyer protection does not cover:
Items sold by independent users or third-party sellers
Purchases conducted outside MzDeal platform
Digital goods or services not sold by MzDeal
Shipping delays beyond MzDeal’s control when shipped by third parties
Damages caused by misuse of items
MzDeal may suspend or ban accounts involved in suspected fraud. Buyer protection claims submitted must be genuine. False or malicious claims may result in:
Loss of buyer protection privileges
Account suspension or permanent ban
Reporting to authorities in severe cases
