The MzDeal Appeals Procedure outlines how users, buyers, and sellers can appeal decisions made by MzDeal related to listings, disputes, account actions, payments, or other platform matters.
Users may appeal decisions regarding:
Dispute outcomes
Refund or compensation decisions (where eligible)
Listing removal or rejection
Account suspension or bans
Verification denials
Advertising or promotion rejections
Note: Decisions on off-platform transactions, user-to-user disputes outside MzDeal, and subscription payments are not appealable.
To file an appeal, users must:
Be the account holder affected by the decision
Provide clear identification (user ID, email, or registered phone number)
Submit the appeal within 14 days of the original decision
Late appeals may be rejected.
Log into your MzDeal account
Navigate to Help Center or Support
Select Appeal a Decision
Complete the appeal form, including:
Decision being appealed
Reason for appeal
Supporting evidence (photos, messages, receipts, transaction IDs)
Submit the form
Incomplete submissions may result in delays or denial.
To support an appeal, provide:
Screenshots or photos relevant to the issue
Copies of receipts or invoices (if applicable)
Communication records with MzDeal or the other party
Verification documents if required
The more complete the evidence, the faster the review process.
MzDeal will acknowledge receipt of the appeal within 24 hours
Appeals are reviewed by the appropriate internal team
Additional evidence may be requested
Standard review time: 3–7 business days
Complex cases may take up to 14 business days.
After reviewing the appeal, MzDeal may:
Uphold the original decision
Reverse or modify the original decision
Provide partial or full resolution (refund, reinstatement, lifting suspension, etc.)
Request additional corrective actions by the user
MzDeal communicates outcomes via email and in-app notifications.
The decision after the appeals review is final
Multiple appeals on the same issue without new evidence may be denied
Users are expected to comply with the outcome to maintain account privileges
MzDeal cannot appeal on behalf of users for disputes with independent sellers outside the platform
Fraudulent or misleading appeals may result in account penalties or permanent ban
Appeals related to non-refundable services (subscriptions, wallet top-ups, boosts) are generally not eligible
