🗑️ MzDeal Account Deletion Instructions

At MzDeal, you can request account deletion directly from the mobile app or website. Please follow the steps below.

📱 Delete Account on Mobile App (iOS & Android)

• Log in to the MzDeal mobile app.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap on Sign In & Security.
• Select Delete Account.

You will see a screen explaining the deletion process:

• Once you request deletion, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after 72 hours.
• You will receive an email with a confirmation link.
• If you confirm via email, your account will be deleted.
• If you do not confirm or do not receive the email, your account will still be automatically deleted after 72 hours.

If you change your mind, simply log in again within 72 hours to cancel the deletion request and keep your account active.

• Tap Continue to Delete Account.
• A confirmation dialog will appear.
• Confirm to proceed.

💻 Delete Account on Website

• Log in at:
  👉 https://mzdeal.co.mz
  (or any official MzDeal platform)
• Click on your Account Profile (top corner).
• From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
• In Settings, click Deactivate Account and Forget Me.
• A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to proceed.

After confirmation:

1. You will receive an email to confirm the deletion.
2. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 72 hours.
3. If you log in again within 72 hours, the deletion request will be canceled.

⏳ Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent after 72 hours.
• All associated data may be permanently removed.
• To keep your account, log in again before the 72-hour period ends.
